This statement describes what happens to personal data on herrlichagency.de. It is short on purpose, because the site collects very little.

What this site does not do

• No analytics, no statistics tools, no tracking.
• No ad networks, no profiling, no sharing for advertising purposes.
• No third-party embeds such as maps, videos or social buttons.
• No fonts from external servers. All fonts are served from the same host as the site, so no connection to Google is made.
• No consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Server logs

When you open the site, your browser transmits technically necessary information to the server, including IP address, time, requested address and browser identification. This data is required for delivery and is not combined with other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure operation.

Enquiry form

Using the form transmits your name, email address and message, and optionally phone number, company, website, area of interest, budget range and timeframe. We use this information solely to handle the enquiry.

Sending requires explicit consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the consent and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a contract. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without formality, for example by email. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.

We keep enquiries until they are settled and no further questions are expected, at most three years. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Confirmation email

After submitting you receive a confirmation by email. We use an external service provider to deliver it on our behalf. Your email address and the content of the confirmation are transmitted to that provider. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Browser storage

If you pick a light or dark appearance, your browser remembers that choice locally on your device. It is not a cookie, the value never leaves your device and allows no conclusion about your person. Clearing site data removes it. As long as you make no choice, nothing is stored.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to data portability. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Please contact the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The site is transmitted encrypted only. You can tell by the lock symbol in the address bar and by the address starting with https.
