Accessibility
Last updated: August 22, 2026
We want this site to be usable by everyone. What follows is measured, not claimed. The checks run automatically on every change.
Status
By our own assessment the site meets level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2). An assessment by an independent body is still outstanding.
What is in place
- Contrast. Body text and the accent colour reach at least 4.5 to 1 against all three background surfaces, headings above 17 to 1. A test calculates this from the colour values and fails as soon as one drops below.
- Keyboard operation. Every control is reachable, the order follows the reading flow, and focus is visible everywhere.
- Motion. Anyone who has reduced motion enabled in their operating system gets the site without animation. Nothing stays invisible or unreachable.
- Touch operation. Every button and link is at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Zoom. No horizontal scrolling occurs between 320 and 1920 pixels wide. Text can be enlarged without losing content.
- Structure. Headings follow their rank without skipping, images carry alternative text, form fields have visible labels, and errors are named in words rather than by colour alone.
- Light and dark appearance can be chosen and otherwise follow the device setting.
What is not met yet
- An assessment by an independent body and testing with people who rely on assistive technology are outstanding. Automated checks only find part of the barriers.
- The site is not available in plain language or sign language.
- The certificates are image files. Their content is given as text alongside, but the document itself is not machine-readable.
